Mauritz Design gave the villa, located directly on Lake Zurich, the shape of a multi-storey cube. Every view looks like a framed picture. Yet the simplicity conceals refinement down to the last detail. The floor plan is entirely oriented towards the view over the water and to the opposite shore. Terraces and outdoor facilities were designed in collaboration with a landscape planner: Nature floods inside. On every floor. Selected furnishing details take up the reference to nature, such as the glass chandelier borrowed from naturalistic forms.
