It always starts with an idea. For a new building with several residential units and an underground car park at Lake Starnberg, the basic idea was to reduce the design to the essentials: oriented towards the water, but without pushing it into the foreground.

Room-high window fronts open up bright living space, a façade made of natural stone blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings. The spacious garden completes the overall impression in a symbiotic combination of clean lines and lively greenery.
