Villa by the lake
At the entrance, one is reminded of a bungalow. This form of understatement is what the client wanted. However, when you enter the detached house at a lake in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, you experience the entire expanse of an exclusive property.
Floor-to-ceiling doors connect the interior areas with covered terraces to create spacious living areas. The complex cascades in clear lines, connected by external staircases, from the mountain plateau to the garden. The railings of coated stainless steel rods were designed especially for the property, and the outdoor pool is cleanly and symmetrically integrated.
