Mauritz Design places contemporary portraits of the residents between historical paintings, collectors’ items by Klaus Dupont and Nymphenburg next to unique cushions with fabrics by Donghia and Rubelli. A staircase leads over elaborately worked historic stone steps to the fitness room and over wooden steps to the cinema under the roof.
